RO4003C is a patented woven glass cloth reinforced hydrocarbon resin system/ceramic filler material, its electrical properties are very close to PTFE/woven glass cloth material and processability is similar to the ring amount of resin/glass cloth material, R04003 enough to use standard epoxy cloth processing, while providing tightly controlled dielectric constant and loss, but its price is a fraction of the traditional microwave materials. The price of R04003 is a fraction of traditional microwave materials, and it does not even need to be based on the PTE microwave materials such as mirror through-hole front or operating procedures.

It is also UL 94V-0 rated for use in active equipment and high voltage RF designs.
