Printed circuit boards, also known as printed circuit boards, printed circuit boards, PCBs, which provide assembly support for various types of electronic systems and electrical connections, enjoying the "mother of all electronic products". PCB is widely used in the field of electronic product manufacturing, belonging to an important part of the electronic information industry.

With electronic printing technology will be covered in an insulating substrate of copper foil etched to meet the requirements of the components connected to the conductive line, so that the formation of electronic components can be installed and connected to the circuit board. Circuit boards are mainly divided into the following types:

A. Communication Board

Communication boards are circuit boards used in the field of communications. Communication is the most important downstream application field of PCB, communication field of PCB demand is divided into communication equipment and communication terminal. Communication equipment includes communication base stations, transmission equipment, routers, switches, fiber-to-the-home equipment, etc., and communication terminals are mainly smart phones. The PCB demand for communication equipment is mainly for multilayer boards and high-frequency and high-speed boards, while the PCB demand for communication terminals is mainly for HDI boards, flexible boards and package substrates.

B. Vehicle Board

Car board refers to the circuit board applied to automotive electronics. Automotive electronics is the body of automotive electronic control devices and vehicle electronic control devices, including engine control systems, chassis control systems and body electronic control systems. Based on the background of the Internet of Things, electric vehicles, smart cars, etc. as the future development trend of the automotive industry, the rate of automotive electronics will further increase, the use of automotive PCBs will also increase. With the development of automobiles in the direction of lightweight miniaturization, electrification and intelligence, the demand for automotive PCBs will gradually shift from single/double-sided boards and multilayer boards to flexible boards and HDI boards.

C. Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC)

FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) flexible circuit board, referred to as flexible board, refers to the PI (polyimide) or PET (polyester) film as a substrate, through the etching of copper foil to form a line and made of a highly reliable, excellent flexibility of the printed circuit board. Due to its product characteristics, it is widely used in various electronic products.

D. Package Board

It refers to the IC package board, which is directly used to carry the chip, and can provide electrical connection, protection, support, heat dissipation, assembly and other functions for the chip. The package board is a bridge between the chip and the motherboard, and plays a supportive and protective role for the chip. The manufacturing process of the packaging board is extremely demanding, and it is the pearl in the field of PCB manufacturing. With the development of electronic products in the direction of thinner, faster and lower energy consumption, new requirements have been put forward for packaging boards. The main application areas are chip packaging of various electronic devices.

E. HDI Board

High Density Interconnect, also known as microvia boards or laminate boards, are commonly used in the production of high-precision circuit boards to achieve the characteristics of high-density printed circuit boards, fine conductors, and tiny apertures. The main application areas are smart phones, tablet PCs, digital cameras, wearable devices, etc.
