A. Communication Board

The main application areas are chip packaging of various electronic devices.
E. HDI Board
High Density Interconnect, also known as microvia boards or laminate boards, are commonly used in the production of high-precision circuit boards to achieve the characteristics of high-density printed circuit boards, fine conductors, and tiny apertures. The main application areas are smart phones, tablet PCs, digital cameras, wearable devices, etc.
