Design Details: During the circuit diagram design phase, ensure the accuracy and completeness of the design. Consider the best path for signal transmission, measures to prevent interference and noise, and best practices for wiring. At the same time, allow enough space for electronic components and soldering.

Material Selection: Select appropriate PCB materials, considering their electrical properties, mechanical strength, thermal stability, and processability. At the same time, select the appropriate copper foil thickness according to the application requirements to ensure that the board can withstand the expected current.

Etching Process: During the etching process, the concentration and time of the etchant should be precisely controlled to prevent over-etching or under-etching. Over-etching may result in too fine a line, while under-etching may result in a shorted line.

Regular training should be provided to employees to improve their operation skills and quality awareness.
