PCB Fabrication Process And Its Process Advantages
PCB fabrication process mainly includes the following steps:
Raw Material Procurement: According to the board materials needed for engineering design, cutting, corner grinding, edge planing and other processing to generate the required substrate size.
Inside Line Production: Coat the photographic dry film on the copper board, and then produce line graphics through exposure and development.
Drilling: Holes are drilled in the substrate according to the design requirements to mount electronic components.
Impedance Treatment: During the drilling process, impedance treatment must be carried out to ensure the normal transmission of the circuit.
Pressing: PP sheets are pressed together through high temperature and pressure to ensure the adhesive strength of the inner core board.
Brown-out: Using chemical principles to generate a layer of oxide on the clean copper surface to ensure the quality of the subsequent etching process.
Etching: Use chemical etching solution to treat the oxide layer to remove the oxide layer and expose the copper surface.
Pressing: The use of compression adhesive will be PCB board and circuit board pressed together to ensure the strength of the circuit connection.
Drilling: Drill holes in the circuit board according to the design requirements to connect external circuits.
Surface Treatment: Cleaning, drying, coating and other treatments on the surface of the circuit board to improve the performance and reliability of the circuit board.
Inspection: Inspection of the circuit board to ensure that it meets the design requirements, and make the necessary corrections.
After the completion of the above steps, the PCB production process is complete. In the production process, attention needs to be paid to the accuracy and clarity of the circuit diagram, while also taking into account the characteristics of the PCB board and processing requirements to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the plate-making documents. In addition, metallization and finished product inspection are also integral parts of the PCB process and need to be strictly controlled and inspected to ensure the quality and performance of the circuit board products.
The advantages of the PCB fabrication process mainly include:
High stability and reliability: PCB circuit board components and circuits through electrical connections and physical fixation, etc., so that it has the advantages of stability and high reliability. Compared with the traditional point-to-point connection, it can effectively avoid problems such as interference and short circuit between circuits.
Good Reusability:The process of PCB circuit board production is completed on computer-aided design software, thus realizing the duplication and reuse of circuit boards, saving costs and time.
